I tried it because my fried told me it’s good for high blood pressure I was surprised the first time I drank this. I did not realize hibiscus is sour. I got use to it though. I tried it because my fried told me it’s good for high blood pressure. I had my blood pressure tested after about 1 month of drinking it. I was very happy. Nice flavor The dried flowers make a nice tea. Quick steeping tends to make the tea rather weak, so I recommend allowing at least two or three minutes to get more of the flavor.
